mesmer and second profession - Guild Wars Forums

Hey guys i have just started a new char my 3rd and i have chosen mesmer as my main class and i need a second class but dont know which 1 to chose.I was maybe thinking about either getting necromancer or monk but that is only my opinion so i was hoping maybe someone could give me a few tips and wat other profession to choose.

you'll see a lot of me/mo or mo/me. dont think i've seen too many other variations. i like mo/me because i switch off between healing and smiting. i mainly only use the mes side for channeling.

for the most part, i havent played the mes side too much.

A monk secondary would be useful (for rez and healing breeze).

A necro secondary would be fun (and I would probably go with illusion and blood).

My 4th character is a Me/Mo and getting ready to switch to Me/N.

I would say go with the Monk Second. I play a Mo/me right now and love it. The mesmer hexs really help everything out.
